I called Customer Services in case they were able to offer any ETA (had a spare 20 minutes at work).
She couldn't give me an update or my position in the queue, unsurprisingly; I knew it was a long shot.
But her s****ing throughout the call kinda reflected the companies stance on this; they don't care. Understandable again, they have a business to run, but surely the smart option would have been to not allow Step-Up on cards purchased following the release of 30 series, as a lot of us used this as a way of getting around the scalper/bot situation.
Disappointing.
